I have an acoustic guitar but don't know what the tuning is called. On my tuner the strings show up as

E-G#-C#-F#-B-E

What type of tuning is this?

The GDA strings are just tuned down one semitone. Don't know if it's a proper tuning, doesn't seem very useful to me.

Well, all you're doing is dropping the A, D, and G strings by a half step. I don't really think there is a name for this, and I can't imagine it is particularly useful.

Edit: Well, shit.

Well I actually love this tuning. Some of the acoustic stuff I've written imo has the perfect sound with this tuning and I don't plan on using anything else :P
