I just bought a mini amp (its a cigarette box). It works well but it only has a 2 inch speaker. It gets a little louder with my modeling processor but i want it to be loud enough to play over noise outside. i want a 6 inch speaker and i am wondering if i can just plug the bigger speaker in or if i need to change anything for the power.

TL;DR Will a miniamp with a 2 in speaker work if i just replace the 2in with a 6in, or do i need to make other changes?

If the impedance matches it's okay.

Didn't you say that you had a stuffed fox that you would occasionally fuck?

It's not a fox,it's a wolf.

It should say somewhere on the amp and speaker.

If there is really no sign, measure the speaker that's in there now with an ohmmeter, then replace it with a speaker with the same impedance.
