So, in this online band. The singer sent me a recording of her singing a song. But there is a constant buzzing static kinda noise all throughout the recording. I'm using Audacity 1.3. I can remove the buzzing inbetween when she's singing, but I'm not sure how to keep her voice present but get rid of the noise while she's singing. What can I do?

Try phase inversion. Try a sample of the noise and use it to cancel out the noise on the track.

That is your best chance but will still be kind of tricky as you have to loop the buzz perfect and even then its still a "if your lucky" type of deal.
