This listing mentions the speaker is 8 years old however it looks in good condition, will the age affect its performance?

Whilst on the subject, how well does this amp go with the fender blues junior?

Thanks

I'm not familiar with Jensen speakers (or any blues junior speakers) but aside from the fact that speakers usually have a break in period, the speaker should perform well if it's in good condition.

No, if anything, it's already broken in and that's good.

as long as its been treated well it should be fine. I'm still playing on speakers from the 80s.

Yes they do wear it just takes a long ass time, I don't think you would hear much a difference between a 10 year old speaker and a 1 year old speaker.
