Yes I was rude, and I was aggressive and I was offending a large group of people. But I was civlized about it.

Man, I'm chasing this tone and I'm the one who had it. Just can't seem to match it anymore. I think my pickups were lower back then too and I think I was using the parallel loop. Fack. That was probably my favorite tone I ever got out of Brigand too.

tone had the right amount of hair on it and it was on my clipboard

Chasing so many right now...don't even know where to start...

Which is why you need all those different amps and the proper fingers. Lucky for you, you're in the right place. What amps do you have, hmm?

Well the Mesa covers the American cleans and high gain and the Laney covers the JCM800 tones....but man, I REALLY need some new fingers.

The elusive Bloodbath tone.

I've read that it's an HM-2 into a DSL, but I'm not so sure about that anymore. I have no idea what it is, but it's so ****ing good.

This is the sound I am after too. Bloodbath is a loveletter to oldschool Swedish DM bands, so I'm pretty sure a HM-2 it is, but how the heck it is set up and what else is there in the chain? Legendary "all max" on pedal its clearly not.

And there is this. Most of it propably comes from the mastering and effects, but I would really like to have this dirty, horrbily distorted and yet surprisingly beautiful (IMHO) tone.

and my "own" tone which i dont have an example of, but basically sounds like a more textured and pretty version of a foghat type tone, but used in a MUCH different way, for post rock type stuff.
