Well i told him that we should meet and he said he's too busy with his "life" to meet so i told him he's got a go and he has not texted back so i don't know what he's gonna do next/say.

accidently chop off his fingers on his left hand, and if he doesn't stay in the band, he's not worthy.

On a related note: I actually know (vaguely) someone who claims to have chopped some guy's fingers off. Apparently, the guy had stolen his records or something, and he knew about it, so he invited him over to his place for a chat... and calmly pulled out a knife as they sat at the table, and slammed the blade down across the guy's hand.
Hey, look. Sigs are back.

Dear god What did he do to your band?

he "formed" the band and we had a few practices that went alright up until he ended up kicking everyone but me out of the band, so we had new drummers, lead guitarists, and singers every two weeks that were just random kids he knew. he also changed the style of music we played and the name of the band every week without running the ideas across me or anyone else in the band. it took me like 5 months before i finally left.

oh i also think this is worth mentioning, nearly 8 months later (january of this year) we decided to try to reform the band after he asked me if i wanted to since i was bored as hell and figured hey why not, but before we could even have a practice we got this new drummer who was basically the same as the guitarist and made our genre my least favorite of all: metal-****ing-CORE he wanted to cover an Asking Alexandria song. right after this i was like "NOPE" and left and then the whole band broke up..

Agreed.

Be mature about it and say he needs to be able.to keep up with a big boys schedule that inlists his responsobility of being a team player in a band.

Well i told him that we should meet and he said he's too busy with his "life" to meet so i told him he's got a go and he has not texted back so i don't know what he's gonna do next/say.

Did you tell him why he has to go in the text? Did you tell him that when someone makes death threats towards other members of the band it then makes it impossible to work with him again? Remember, this is your band, the band members effectively work for you so their safety at work is your responsibility. If one member is threatening to jeopardise the safety of other members then he's obviously a danger to them, as the boss, it's your responsibility to remove that danger. Try explaining all this to him.

Something else that's worth mentioning in a text to him, if he's "too busy with his life" to just meet up with you for a chat, then he's certainly too busy to be in a band anyway, you're actualy doing the guy a favour by firing him because you're freeing up more time for him to get on with his life, which, from his statement, is obviously more important to him than the band, and you're also removing him from a situation that is obviously causing him stress, after all, why else would any 'normal' person be making death threats to his fellow band members?

Put it in those words to him, especially the 'normal person' part.

Judging by your grammar, you're probably 12, and judging by the fact that you're probably 12, your band probably isn't any good anyway.

I give that narrative piece of writing a grade U. Learn how to write before you post again.

As the U like because it's so bad, it doesn't deserve an F or even G, H, I, J, K, L, M, N, O, P, Q, R, S, etc? Or is the U unsatisfactory? I know that some schools are trying to grade like that now.

In the UK passable marks are A*-G and a complete fail that isn't even worth any kind of merit at all gets a U.

A G-grade student at least knows how to use full stops

Exciting! What subject was that? I've never seen an X before, like a little kiss from the examiner

FWIW though your teacher should have just submitted your target grade as your coursework mark in that instance.
