Barre the F# and B with one finger (I'd do this one with my pinky) and barre the E and A with another finger (I'd do this one with my index finger). Then you can just do the pull-off. I would play the G and C with my pinky too.

(Edited because I misread the tab.)

How do you pull-off from a barre

Isolate the highlighted section and practice it.

Have your index finger already barred at the second fret. Concentrate on good sound generation when doing the pull-offs. Use your 3rd and 4th fingers.

Be careful not to accidentally pluck the B string when you do the pull-offs.

You can experiment with the thumb behind the neck, or the "baseball bat" grip. Whichever you find more comfortable.
