Need help understanding this pull-off

Hey guys,

For pull-offs, I would think I would always see a higher note followed by the lower note...

However I'm seeing in some tab this:

and this

I get the bend 14 up to 16, but how can i pull 12 to 14, shouldn't it be written 14p12; doubt this is a mistake, the tab has 400+ votes, i'm messing with the black in black solo....i can improvise over it, but would like to better understand what I'm missing...

Thanks again -

It might be a hammer-on instead of a pull-off, try it and see how it sounds.

There's a lot of cool things you can do with a guitar

However, I don't think this is one of them

I don't know this solo but would think it's a hammer on then full bend. It could be a typo or a bug in the export from the tabbing software, as it might just write it as legato and fail to distinguish it properly. Have seen similar weird stuff in tabs before, and if I remember correctly some version of either GP, tux or TP exports POs as HOs (opposite of this)

Thanks for the feedback. I occasionally see stuff like this and wonder if I'm missing something -
