I will install some two blue LED strips into my amp head for cool effects.

Since the LED strips will be so close to the circuitry, could the electromagnetic field interfere with the signal and cause buzz or things like that?

If the LEDs have adjustable brightness via PWM, then yeah you'll get interference. If they're just DC, it'll be fine.
Only one way to know for sure.

They are just ordinary 12V going through an adapter for 12V from 230V AC. That transforms it into DC, right? So I should be fine.
