Hello everyone. I stopped playing guitar about 5 years ago due to work/college. Now that I'm about to graduate i can finally find the time to pick up the guitar again, however I forgot mostly everything and my technique it's quite rusty.

Can I have some suggestions on exercises, or routines that can help me to "get back in shape"?

The fact that you have played before doesn't make much, if any, difference to how you should practice, nor does it inform what you should be practicing. Play and practice well, you'll get what skill you had before back quickly enough.
