Muse, Arctic Monkeys, Radiohead, Strokes, Libertines.

Pretty basic stuff I guess. I've expanded since but I still like all of those although I've given up on Muse.
#83
Something like:

Dream Theater
Megadeth
AFI
Metallica
Pantera

Lol @ AFI nestled in a bunch of metal bands. Dislike Metallica now, Megadeth I can still tolerate a song every now and then, still like Pantera, haven't listened to AFI in ages but I'd probably still love them right now.

Believe it or not, I turned 15 in America...

I remember liking Guns N' Roses and Nelly Furtado and P Diddy and Mel C and S Club 7...

The Beatles
Queen
Simon & Garfunkel
Green Day
The Offspring

5 years later:
The Beatles
The Ramones
Nirvana
The Melvins
Mudhoney

Still love Queen and S&G, and while I still sort of like Green Day and the Offspring, I don't love them the way I did when I was younger. Especially Green Day.

Dance Gavin Dance
Enter Shikari
You Me At Six
Philip Glass
Confide

I still listen to Philip Glass on occasion, and a bit of Enter Shikari

EDIT: The girlfriend I had from 16-18 completely mellowed out my taste in music. I can't bear most of the stuff I used to listen to now.

I'm only sixteen so so the same as my overall current taste.

I'll do thirteen instead:
Avenged Sevenfold
Slipknot
Disturbed
Metallica
Five Finger Death Punc.

I still kind of like Avenged Sevenfold and on very rare occasions I listen to a Slipknot song of two. Other than that I had shit taste.

I don't rank bands but if you insist on fifteen my most listened to bands probably were Sigur Ros, Muse, Radiohead, Nine Inch Nails, and blink 182. Pretty generic taste.

I think like
Modest Mouse
Built To Spill
Pavement
Sleigh Bells
Best Coast

To be fair most of the music I listened to at that point were 2010 albums (hence Sleigh Bells and Best Coast) and random stuff from the 90s.

QOTSA
System Of a Down
Green Day
Muse
Linkin Park (although i was probably growing out of them at this stage)

I also remember liking lots of generic bands that were on Kerrang and Scuzz, i like to think back then they put better stuff on but i think it's just that i am looking back with nostalgia. It was just before i started college, so my music tastes were about to shift quite dramatically, however, i still like all of the aformentioned bands to varying extents.
WHOMP

Think of that next time you are not allowed to laugh.
#95
Trivium
Dragonforce
Ozzy Osbourne
AC/DC
Red Hot Chilli Peppers

Not too bad, my tastes have evolved, but nothing i would be ashamed to say i liked.
#97
Since I'm 16 now they haven't really changed much, but:

1. Korn
2. Deftones
3. Tool
4. Pink Floyd
5. Marilyn Manson

I really only listen to Deftones, Tool, and Pink Floyd still out of those, but every now and then i'll listen to Anitchrist Superstar or Life Is Peachy

I listened to a f*cktonne of pop rock shit that was played on the radio 10-11 years ago, but definitively I got my jolly's off of this stuff

Oh shit I forgot Deep Purple, oh well

It's been a while but I guess:

Red Hot Chili Peppers, The Police, Nirvana, Smashing Pumpkins, White Stripes.

This was probably just before my love for the Cure began so sadly they get no mention.
I still adore RHCP, and listen to all the rest of these bands.

My top 5 now is:
RHCP, The Cure, fIREHOSE, Frank Black, John Frusciante.
Marge: You know Homer, it's easy to criticize.
Homer: Fun too!

I'll answer right now for my future self.
In no particular order

Neutral Milk Hotel
Snowing
Alkaline Trio
The Smashing Pumpkins (I don't post a lot about them here, but I do quite enjoy them.)
Weezer

Those probably aren't my top 5 bands right now, but w/e, close enough.

Blink 182
Sum 41
Arctic Monkeys
Biffy Clyro
Bullet for my Valentine

I still like 3/5 of those bands' new albums.

oh god. Right at 15 was when I started liking heavier stuff (and started my parents hating my musical tastes...). Really hard for me to put this list together cause at 15 I had such a change in what I listened to that its hard to place for me. Guess I'll do it this way, ranking by what I remember listening to the most:

Early in the year:
1) Red Hot Chili Peppers (not any of the funk stuff or even BSSM at this point though, basically just by the way and californication)
2) Blink 182
3) Green Day (still listened to Dookie like a champ, but hated American Idiot so I was kinda growing out of them)
4) Led Zeppelin
5) Metallica

later in the year:
1) Mushroomhead
2) Trivium
3) Avenged Sevenfold
4) RATM
5) SOAD
I Like Green!
