I've noticed that I seem to be the only one who listened to Adema

I think that's when I started listening to a lot of Smashing Pumpkins and Iron Maiden, both of which I still love. But before those I was never very passionate about music.
#130
Alice In Chains
Metallica
Audioslave
Pink Floyd
Opeth

It hasn't changed much though. Hell, that was only 4 years ago, my musical tastes remain pretty much the same.

Haha i love this thread, because i was so naive when it comes to music at this age.
Some bands i listened to were pretty good tho.
- Muse (loved them, going to a concert soon to relive memories)
- RHCP (Allways been a fan, but i freaking love them ever since i started playing guitar, knowing how difficult something is really makes a man appreciate what he hears)
- White Stripes
- U2
- Tenacious D (That stuff is brilliant...)

Blink 182
Black Sabbath
The Beatles
AC/DC

I was really into classic rock around that age.

System of a Down
Tool
Nirvana
Queens of the Stone Age
The White Stripes

Nothing too embarassing, thankfully.

You CAN play anything with anything....but some guitars sound right for some things, and not for others. Single coils sound retarded for metal, though those who are apeshit about harpsichord probably beg to differ.

Im some-what ashamed of these but...

1.)Metallica
2.)Megadeth
3.)Disturbed
4.)Slipknot
5.)Metallica (Yes, I listened to them too much)

That's five years ago, so I'd say

Linkin Park
Lostprophets
Hoobastank
P.O.D
Green Day

Oh man how I have evolved since that. I still enjoy Lostprophets and Hoobastank quite a lot though, and sometimes I'll listen to a song or two by P.O.D.

I was 15 last year, listened to a bunch of music. Most notably got into everything that wasn't progressive metal and jazz which I had picked up the previous year. Hard to pick my favourites then, still is now.
