Hey I was wondering why my guitar bridge looked like this? Is this normal for an American Fender Strat Standard? Also, what's the difference of having the Strat open backed vs close backed?

The reason it's doing that is because your springs in the back of your guitar aren't at a high enough tension. You need to add more tension by either screwing down the claw in the guitar's back cavity more, and/or add more springs.

Is pretty common to have it leaning forward a little so there's a little float, but that looks too high to me. Add another spring in the back.
