As for value, excellent condition $4000-$5000, average condition $2500-$3000 (USD) for the 1946 model. They were renamed the "Super" in 1947 so the actual Duel Professional was only made for one year.

the woody was made earlier '46, the dual pro was started in '46 along with the dual pro steel guitar.
Regardless, it's a mighty fine score. Amazing what some people throw away isn't it?
