John Frusciante. He's talented too. And clean today and extremely intelligent.

Tony Loomy.

It's Toni Loomi. Get it right. And he certainly never did any drugs ever. I should know. I'm writing his unofficial official unofficial biography. It's quite a page turner.

Sorry, I was getting his name mixed up with the guy from Iron Sabbath.

Yeah, it's a common mistake. Ossy Ozbourne of the Ossy Ozbourne Experience used to get them super confused, since they both played guitar for him.

Yes. John Frusciante was an absolute loser when he was addicted to drugs, but he became a God-like figure after rehab and lead the Red Hot Chili Peppers to what they are today (Or at least used to be before "I'm With You").
My Equipment:
Jackson JS32 Rhoads (Hard Rock and Heavy Metal)
Fender Squier (Anything BUT Hard Rock and Heavy Metal)
Fender Frontman 25r

I know... it sucks.

What makes it even more interesting is that he did it all deliberately. He started with smack because he wanted to and because he was interested. lol

I don't know a single drug user that didn't do it deliberately.

Syd Barrett of Pink Floyd
Bradley Nowell of Sublime
Those two have plenty of info for you to check out.

No, you're thinking of Kirk Cobbler, the bassist from Nirvana. I was actually able to get an exclusive interview with Kirk. He was ecstatic about being interviewed, but then when he realized that I only cared about his experience playing with Toni Loomi in the most famous post-post-alternative band of the early 90s he got kind of sad. He still answered my questions though, since it wasn't like he had anything better to do.

Oh right, my bad. He's fronting Queens of the Stone Age now isn't he?

He did, for a short time. He only played on one EP though. It was actually a really good EP, but people always forget about that one. These days he composes music for Adventure Time. He's the one that plays all of Marceline's bass licks.

Amy Winehouse, Jim Morrison, Kurt Cobain. And why don't you look into how they started on drugs yourself, as it's your project...

I'd go with one of the 3-4 people who died around the same time. Hendrix, Joplin, Brian Jones (I'd go with him) or even Jim Morrisson
DeVillains!

I would have to agree with this. Seeing some old videos of him when he was heavily into drugs, and listening to some of the music he made is heartbreaking.
WHOMP

Think of that next time you are not allowed to laugh.

Amy Winehouse
Curt Cobain
Scott Weiland
Layne Staley
Keith Richards
Jimi Hendrix
SRV
Jerry Garcia
Oasis
Steven Tyler
I'll stop at 10

I would choose someone you like, so you can put a bit of yourself into the project.
