Not sure if anyone can help or not, or just knows the right websites to trawl through, but I'm not finding much info..

I'm hoping to buy a PRS SE Custom Semi Hollow (Preferably "Vintage Natural" but "Natural" will do) and I'm struggling to find many places that have them available. There are a load of online shops that have them listed, but as "unavailable" rather than "out of stock". I've already have one store tell me that they are still in production, but I'm not sure if that's true based on the lack of availability.

Can anyone confirm that they're still making these?

Thanks mate

I know there are a few places I can order online, but I'd rather play it first as I'm sure you can understand. I have no doubt that they're fantastic, but I'd still rather play. The reason I ask is that there is a store quite local to me that is a listed PRS dealer, so as long as these guitars are still in production they can get one in for me to try before I buy

Hello music has these right now for $549 US and also has retail me not coupons you can use to get it even cheaper. I just purchased a SE custom 24 for my practice guitar and got it for $450, a steal. I don't want to link the sites for fear of the thread police, but just google both.

If you feel like waiting a few months, go ahead. It might be worth the wait, it might not, but I bought my amp from Hello Music and it literally took three months to arrive. If you can wait, they will get it to you, it just might take a while.

My guitar came in 2 weeks during the Christmas holidays. Now, I have heard your complaint before from others but I think they are working to rectify the long wait times.

they do not currently offer that finish so one would assume you'd be left with whatever is still in stores at this point.

I don't think I've ever played anything in black walnut. It's a great ice cream flavor, so I assume it works well for a strat too.

The slugs in the pickups for telecasters are from old winchester rifles, which is why they sound so country.
