How thin can i make a neck heel on the guitar ?

I would make sure you leave at least a couple of millimetres of wood between the end of the screw and the start of the fretboard. That should be a good guide to how thin your neck can be if you know how thick your body is going to be at that point.

That is a very good question. It's not something with a definitive answer. What it depends on is the strength of your truss rod and/or stiffening rods in the neck, the wood your neck is made out of, the gauge of your strings etc. I would probably avoid making it any thinner than an Ibanez wizard neck though. I'm sure you can find some cross-sectional drawings online.

Well I sorta would like to look similar to a set neck but because I cannot afford a set neck but I had a bolt on lying around.
