I just bought a used Jackson Stars guitar, needs some TLC, but will be great when finished (I hope!)

I've researched all over the net about them, but can't i.d. my 22 fret model. Is it custom?? All Randy Rhodes models seem to be 24 fret.

Any information appreciated please.

Serial no. 03100009
Duncan Designed Pickups
Made in Japan on headstock (can't find this anywhere either)
bolt on neck, 22 frets
TRS-101 on trem (any info on this please?)

Pictures of guitar are all here:

Email Jackson. Or lok on their website.

Here: http://support.jacksonguitars.com/catalogs/japan/JacksonSTARS2004_JapanOnly_catalog.pdf

Second page. Says that style of model was 75000 Yen. 750 ish bucks in USD.

BUT That was years ago, so that price I listed is with current exchange rates. From the 04 catalog. Their site has other years as well.

Wow, that's a great link, thanks so much.

There are a few that look very similar, I'll have a look through each year's catalogue and see if I can i.d. it.

actually most Jackson randy rhoads models are 22 fret. Not sure about Jackson Stars but I think those are too
