Hi:

I'm new to this forum. I am trying to learn "Wish you were Here" by Pink Floyd. I am an amateur... playing for many years but so so!

The song is easy enough but I can't figure out the scale. I tried the Em natural scale but get stuck.

Any ideas?

Thanks... George

What note does the song resolve to?
I just listened to it, and Em isn't correct, but it's close.

Hi Peter:

Thanks a bunch for getting back to me. I will try both G maj. and G Pentatonic.

Regards,

George

Not sure which note it resolves to. The riff chords seem to be: Em G Em G Em A Em A so I believe the resolution chord to be G.
