they look legit, the moulding on the name seems clear, it's not messy, aside from that I couldn't really comment without seeing them in person.

There's no way of telling. Ask the seller what model they are and what they came off of.
A new set will cost you between $40 and $80, so depending on the model, that seems the going rate for used.

If they were counterfeit, most likely they would be sold as new.

They're only about $50 new and they have been bid up to $25. Sounds about right to me and they look right in the photo. Half price with 2 days to go - what's odd about that?

It's buy it now, not bidding. They seem slightly cheap if $50 is new. I would have expected maybe $30-$35.
They seem legit though.

50% of new is a fairly standard number for used gear.

Yeah not only are they buy it now,he also had 7 pairs of them saying he took them off his guitars. Idk, I guess I might take the risk if they look legit to everyone here..

If you're sketched out on the price, send the seller a message saying you'll gladly give him $35 for them to make sure they're real . Why on earth would a company make counterfeit $50 tuners?

Thanks for the heads up though, I just bought a set of $25 Grovers

EDIT: Here's a brand new set for $40 shipped. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Grover-RotomaticsTuners-3X3-Satin-Chrome-/160942796208?_trksid=p2047675.m1982&_trkparms=aid%3D333005%26algo%3DRIC.FIT%26ao%3D1%26asc%3D177%26meid%3D6104805864066906227%26pid%3D100009%26prg%3D1088%26rk%3D3%26sd%3D121075976312%26

They make counterfeit grovers, if it weren't the case everyone else wouldn't be saying they look legit, there's all kinds of counter fits on ebay...I have read a couple people saying they bought fake ones..

Ah man, was it a zebra pickup?! I would've bought that in a heartbeat for my '84 Dean ML, it's missing the original pickups
