So, I've been struggling with my Guitar Rig 5 for a while and now I finally found some good tones and presets, and I'd really like to record some stuff straight to my computer. Problem is, that I only have experience with more analog recording techniques, and I have no idea how to change the input of the reaper for my audio interface. I can open Guitar Rig in reaper, but I can't find a way to link my guitar through my audio interface. When I start recording, it just chooses my computers external mic as the input, and since I'm pretty much a noob I don't know how to use it with my guitar. The audio interface works with an USB cable.
Are you using Guitar Rig as a VST or as the standalone program?
