Hi Everyone,

First let me say I'm new here , so sorry if I break some rules in advance
Just wanted to ask this :
I'm trying to identify the guitar used in the following video , or find one with similar sound :
[forbidden link]

This is a video of Bob Dylan in Newport '64 .
I'm a beginner , I wish to buy a guitar with a similar sound as this one,
I'm on a budget (up to 250$), and like any one, I'd like to get the best results for the buck

I really appreciate any helpful recommendation ,
Peace,
Chen

I can't see the video but I'll just assume it's his Gibson Nick Lucas Special. Does it have fancy fingerboard inlays? Anyway the Nick Lucas model is no longer produced by Gibson and vintage one's are rare and expensive. The Nick Lucas that Dylan played is a 13 fret model that had been refinished blonde and had a Guild Bridge and Martin pickguard installed. This guitar disappeared sometime after 1966...Anyway you are in luck because Recording King has several Nick Lucas based models to chose from, including two models based on this exact guitar. The RNJ-17 has laminated rosewood back and sides, while the RNJ-26 model has solid mahogany back and sides. They can be found at the Recording King webiste.
I SEE A BAD MOON RISING
I SEE TROUBLE ON THE WAY
