I was going to make a thread for Summer Slaughter because that lineup was just announce but instead I will make a useful thread and list as many concerts as possible. I'll try to post the dates as they come out. If you want to add a concert just post it below. Maybe this can be used as a tool to show all the summer concerts.

I know I enjoy going to concerts and other people do too. It would be nice to have them all in one place so I could look through them and choose which ones look good and bad.

Yeah it looks great. this might be the first year since 2010 that I try to go to every concert.

Electric forest, camp bisco, mountain jam at hunter mountian, summer camp, catskill chill and gathering of the vibes are my summer fun trips.
#10
I'm going to Nozstock, Magikana, maybe Greenman, and hopefully a lot of smaller Psy tests, and some free parties if I'm lucky (I'm not).

Periphery, TDEP, and AaL are really the only ones i want to see so far. I've heard Aeon is good, but i've never listened to them.

Waiting for rest of lineup.

I'm hopefully going to Download this year, if I can get the money together.

If anyone's been before, I have a question - is there somewhere to shower onsite? Because neither me nor my girlfriend (who I'm going with) want to go three days without showering.

I used to go to Leeds every year for about 3 or 4 years, but just got sick of how massive and tiring it is. It takes half an hour to get anywhere, it's full of wankers, and on the last night you have to stay up to make sure noone tries to burn your stuff.

Last year I went to a small festival which I'm off to again this year. Their entire campsite it probably just a bit smaller than one camping area of Leeds fest. It takes 5 or 10 minutes max to get from your campsite to the main stage and it costs less than half the price. I think I'm done with big festivals really.

Sounds exactly like Roskilde festival where I went to for 3 years between 09-12.

Got bored of it

Yes there are showers. You'll want to take baby wipes and dry shampoo with you anyway though.

Slam Dunk is tempting, if only for Streetlight Manifesto, and maybe MC Lars and [spunge].

I went to Download last year, it was pretty awesome. This year I'll be working, but I'll try and get a day ticket for Saturday, when Iron Maiden are headlining.

Going to Download, should be pretty awesome - lineup is the best (for me) since 2007 or something.

P.S The Download poster in OP was out of date, there's a more recent one now with more bands and all headliners filled in for smaller stages, but I see now that you have edited this into OP, as evident in your reply to this
Hey, look. Sigs are back.
#25
I'm going to that Mayhem one reluctantly but Mastodon will be there so it'll be okay.
