So are scenes over? Is music moving inside to computers and shade?

It seems like nothing unified stylistically is emerging from any geography.

c'mon guys somebody here must like music

If you really want some modern electronic music, try here:

http://bandcamp.com/discover?g=electronic&s=top&f=all

I've gotten a ton of great music completely for free from Bandcamp. Legally too. One of my favorites as far as electronic stuff goes would be OVERWERK:

http://overwerk.bandcamp.com/album/after-hours

Still need to listen to The Nth º, but if it's like After Hours, it should be groovy.

Shig dig. What does the Electronic community think of john Frusciante's new releases? Is there an Electronic community? Or is it mostly on internet forums?

Honestly, I have no idea - I'm not a diehard electronic guy or an electronic musician, I just know I get a lot of good music from Bandcamp, and I get some really good stuff from the electronic section now and then.

Also those are some pretty forbidden links, buddy.

I heard "nu-metal" is pretty popular with the kids these days.

It's pretty underground.
