I'm looking for an electric guitar(epi les paul) amp. Purpose is practice and recording/experiment at home. I'm not a shredder nor I want to be. I prefer rock, classic, alternative, experimental, hard rock and a very little of metal. budget is around 230$ or 240$max. I can order anything from thomann's
Thanks
My options Vox VT40+ and Fender Mustang II V.2

Yes by looks. They are pretty equal as far as modeling technology goes

40W, 1x 12" Special Fender Design Speaker
60W, 1x 10" speaker

Does that make any difference for loudness or power?

Generaly a 12" speaker will sound better.
I thought they both had 12" speakers, go with the Fender
