So, in all honesty, i Hate the sound sound of my voice when I watch myself sing in a video, or listen to a recording of my voice while singing. People who watch and hear me play/sing ('cause I do singer-songwriter stuff) say that i sound really good. I've never gotten one bad complaint about my singing. Are they Being nice to me? Is it a singer thing? Is it just me? I'm not sure, I just hate the way it sounds. Can someone help me out, or give me some advice?

My Facebook name is Jose Daniel Rios, the link to my youtube is on my timeline, or whatever. It's a black and white picture of me playing and singing. See for yourself

Why not post a sample for us to judge? You'll find the internet gives soul crushing honesty.

Everyone says I'm a good singer, but I think I sound like a 13 year old prepubescent boy. Its all in the mentality, whether you've got a good voice or not. You'll think you suck.
