So, I've been playing for almost two years, and I don't think I'm all that good, but some other people tell me I am. Here are two recordings / videos of my playing

I know that these don't have any structure or much rhythm, but I figured I'd show some faster, more technical playing.

Not bad but not impressive either. Just keep practicing if you want to get really good. Start learning some songs to improve your chops and also learn some basic music theory stuff and you'll be heading in the right direction. Make sure to learn how to play things right or else you'll make a habit of half assing things like I did when I barely started to play. Keep it up and before you know it you'll be playing Jason Becker stuff in no time.
