So my question is, are these worth putting a port in? And if so, How, where, and why?
I am curious because the bass response is rather poor, in my opinion. Its not fully, there. What i mean by that is it isnt an in your face bass. Granted these aren't really built for face melting bass but i am wondering if adding a port would help, even a little bit.
The speakers (mid and sub) push out a lot at higher volumes, or bounce i guess, and if not a port, should i add a relief hole so they might not jump so much? Its not normal speaker bump, you can hear the speaker actually thump.
Mid- 6.5in
Sub- 6.5in

Thanks mate!

No, probably not.

I'm not sure but isn't the speaker your are calling a "sub" actually an ABR (Aux Bass Radiator) so is effectively a port anyway?

What is the make and model number?

If what u say about jumping and thumping is true then I suggest that you are expecting too much from such speakers and you ought to buy yourself a small PA system to listen to!

They all ready are ported no?

To be honest you would be better of buying an actual sub for the low end.
