Hello!

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E5fhax_wOs4

I can't sing this in the original key, it's simply to high for me. I can reach the notes, but atm I struggle to much. So i'd rather practice the song in a lower key atm!

Thing is! I don't know how to transfer the chords, 1-2 keys down?

The chords are there.

Also! Would it help if I detuned my guitar to lets say DGCFAD?

Yes, if you want to play the song two notes lower, tune your guitar two notes lower. Some people will suggest just transposing them in the same tuning, but I personally don't like do that, as you would have to alter the chord voicings.

Just press the transpose button twice - on the webpage for the tab
What's the problem?

this, also there is no reason to lower your guitar re-tuning and capos for simple songs is lame, the song is all barre chords anyway, you can self transpose it by playing the same chord shapes in the same pattern, the same difference apart, just starting in a different place
