Hey guys, I just started recording stuff recently and i'd like to know how you use impulses on a Mac. More specifically, amp cabinet impulses.
I tried using LePou's leCab, but for some reason I can't open some of the impulses I downloaded.

Help me out.

Thanks,

when you select the impulse, it's a .WAV file correct? not a .zip, .rar, .7z, or any other compressed file?

the extension is like .z or something

Well that would make it something that isn't an impulse. It's probably some kind of compressed file. Linky-link to the impulses so I can have a look?

I have those, they're .7z files which is a compression format. You need a program to decompress those. On Windows the obvious is 7zip, but that doesn't run on Mac. I'm pretty sure The Unarchiver for Mac will open them and let you get into the actual impulse files.
