Last week I bought a case for my epiphone g-400 pro. I recently noticed that the rivets that connect the handle to the case have become loose. I bought this from musicians friend online. Can I get this replaced for free? Is it covered under some kind of warranty? If so, can someone tell me how to go about this kind of thing? Thanks.

Yeah you should be able to get it replaced. Take a few photos and send it over to musicians friend. I don't know how good they are with replacements, but those rivets don't come out easily.

they are really nice for returns. if you ask they will likely take a few bucks off for the hassle as well. get the RA# from them, print the label they email, stick it in the box and tape.
