I picked this one up off of CL a while back, it's a Stagg strat copy. It plays surprisingly well and I like it a lot...I replaced the knobs with tele knobs and plan on replacing the nut and tuners (they're vintage slotted and the slip pretty frequently).

However, I want to change the pickguard I think...I was thinking maybe mint would work, but I don't know, and was hoping for a few other possibilities? Thanks!

Mint would work, you should try looking for a vintage pickguard though cause thats how you get that classic vintage tone

Be weird, go tort. Mint will look fine, but it might wash out your pickups.

I'd just let the white pickguard age. Tort is a good suggestion, though.

+1 on the mint. but a more 'aged' white would do it good too. and also keep your old pickguard out so it can continue to age

Good suggestions all around and thanks for the input!

I plan on putting new all white covers on the pickups, like without holes for the poles, so that could make a difference...

Haha, yeah, mint is pretty nice, but as someone else said, its hard to go wrong with aged white, It might even look better.

A lot to be said for the vintage pearl look as well as the tort. I like 'em both but also hard to beat the 'yellowed ivory' look of old white.

I put together this comparison chart of some possibilities for visualization using the kisekae guitar designer...

Any opinions?

I think mint and tortoise would both look good. I made a wooden gaurd for my mim strat and love it. It was hard to match the maple neck though.

Boy! You know...you gotta go with what you can wrap your head around but I still have to say that three of the bottom ones pictured (the tort, pearl and aged white) look best to me.
