Thoughts?

I can see it being an SG or a LP Junior, but not a LP Standard or anything. As an owner of his Fender sig, I'm amused

He hardly ever uses a Gibson... He does but it's rare and he's got a signature one with Fender.

Has there been anyone who's been endorsed by both Fender and Gibson in such a way?

Go ahead and spend your money, I don't care. It won't make you sound better.

The Fender deal has ended though, the Strat was discontinued in late 2011 or early 2012. (but he plays it for most of the show still)

My money says it is an SG cause he is a die hard Sabbath fan

He use to play gibson archtops a bit.

if this thing melts again i'm takin' it to bugera headquarters, puttin' a bag of fecal matter on it, ringin' the doorbell and flippin the switch from "standby" to "on", and running.

If it's as good as the Strat then it should be great.

I think it'll be affordable. There's many different SG lines right now.
