I don't know why, but there are three screws that just won't budge on my amp (the Vox VT120+). I've taken backs off of other amps, but I was thinking maybe this one's different and I'm missing something important. Any tips, anyone can give me?

See, it's important that people clarify when they say "metal", because I pretty much always assume they are a Cannibal Corpse fanboi.

the ones in the first picture look like the screws have been stripped

Well a screw extractor would be what you need to remove them.

You may be able to get a pair of pliers to grip the head enough to remove them
