I was expecting to hear some really generic metal, maybe something power metal and shredding and all that because of the title. But then it starts with a clean sound and I was surprised. The title and the four hi-hat beats in the beginning kind of suggested something really heavy, lol.

Yeah, nice. It wasn't generic heavy metal stuff that I was expecting. I really liked the first minute. After that started the heavy metal part but it wasn't bad at all and the song progressed nicely. But I was hoping that the intro would have lasted longer and there wouldn't have been any heavy parts. But yeah, it works this way too. And really, you can't have a song called "Dragon's Fire" if it's not something heavy.

awesomo41894,
The drum intro made me think it would be instant heavy metal, but no, later on the metal would arrive. Some of the intro guitar sounds out of tune to me, maybe because it is slide guitar? I know slide guitar is not easy to play in tune. Non-slide guitar sounds good later on (around 2:00 sounds best to me). If there is electric bass, I can't hear it very well. I like parts of the song.
