Claptons cover of "After Midnight" And Creams "Crossroads" I like more than the originals. But JJ Cales original "Cocaine" Is still better than Erics.

I didn't really like their cover album, it was almost as bad as BTBAM's The Anatomy Of

Dimmu Borgir - Burn In Hell
Tomorrow will take us away
Far from home
No one will ever know our names
But the bards' songs will remain
Tomorrow will take it away
The fear of today
It will be gone

I'm a big fan of some of the bands they covered, but they didn't really either do justice to the song, or make it interesting. I really disliked their covers of Geek USA and The Day I Tried to Live.

One is an acoustic duet and the other is a full band production with distorted guitars and additional parts.

Other than covering the same song, they have little to nothing in common.

i thought a lot of the problem was in the production. their cover of Cemetery Gates wasn't bad if it wasn't for the reallyyyyy bland production, and the Us and Them and Three of a Perfect Pair covers were both pretty good in a lot of ways imo.
