Hey guys, I've been a CD-Rom here on UG for quite a while and just made up my mind to sign in and ask this question

I would like to know if anyone here has opened a PT fastback's PG and checked if the cavity would fit a full size humbucker?

I am seriously considering to get a fastback but the only draw back would be the Duncan designed mini humbucker, I've watched many demos on Youtube and the mini humbucker doesn't sound exactly like what I am looking for. I need to know if I could easily fit a full size humbucker there if I needed to (I've been in love with my Duncan Distortion on my Edwards )

Thanks

It can always be made to fit.

It is nothing to widen the cavity and cut the pick guard to accommodate a HB

Right...I just thought about it, what I would need might be just a drill or something like that.

Well a drill press, or go old school and use a wood chisel
