This is what I always use, what do you think?

Gain: 6 (9 without a distortion pedal)
Bass: 9.5
Mid: 6
Treble: 3
Presence: 10

Use a boss SD-1 super overdrive aka that one yellow pedal with level at the max, tone at the max, and drive at halfway.

Another setting I use is all the same but
Bass: 5
And
Treble:7

Why exactly are you asking this kind of question? Are you not satisfied with the tone you have?

There are a number of things that contribute to tone, it's practically endless, but if you're asking for different settings then it must be apparent that you're not satisfied with various aspects of your tone

It was mostly something to see what other people use and how it would sound on my amp. I never really tried very much variation and it was late at the time so I obviously wasn't going to screw around on my amp and find something new

My amp doesn't have enough treble. Should I change the el34's to 6v6's?

I like chocolate milk.
What brand of pencil works best with a cat?

"Oh, I still haven't figured out the safety on my rifle yet
Little Fluffy took a round, better take him to the vet
I filled that kitty cat so full of lead
We'll have to use him for a pencil instead
Well, I'm so trigger happy, trigger happy every day"

It doesn't matter what amp you have, I can say with authority that if you just adjust the 4th knob from the right to about 6, your problems should be all fixed.

While we're on the topic, I just changed the tubes in my amp to tubes that did not originally come with the amp, but its not quite the sound I'm looking for. What do I do?

That's why all the big time musicians use solid state.
