okay so i'm trying to remove my guitar strap buttons so i can replace them with strap locks.well the previous owner tightened them down really hard(surprised it didn't crack the finish) and i managed to get one off without stripping the screw that bad but the other screw won't even budge.so how can i get the screw removed from the guitar? thanks

Righty tighty, lefty loosy

Make sure you are using the right sized screw-driver. If you can't do it ask someone else if they can give it a turn.

you could put a pair of channel locks around the screwdriver handle to get some torque on it?

pics? is the seized screw stripped at all?
if you don't care about the current strap button, you can always use a hacksaw across the top and then use a slotted screwdriver to remove it.
