Hey guys,

I would like to buy a pair of ear plugs. There are several brands which have different sound attenuation values, like 22dB, 12, dB, 33dB. So, which one is appropriate for the studio rehearsals? Amps can go really loud to catch up with the drums as you know. I play lead guitar in my band. Can you recommend me some good products?
Thanks.

I imagine they're cheap as hell, and how far you stick 'em in your ears will change just how much sound they take out. Just buy a load and see which take the right amount of noise out?
