I'm currently trying to fix a Small Stone Nano. The pedal does not work with any 9V battery or my PP2+. The LED refuses to turn on and the effect never engages. What baffles me is the fact that it worked with zero problems when I used to daisy chain it using a 1-Spot.

Any solutions?

Have someone who knows how to fix pedals go through it and fix it!!!!

That's the straight answer. There isn't any one thing that could be wrong with it. Someone needs to go through it and check the power section to make sure what needs power is getting it and getting the proper voltage. Then the audio path needs to be checked along with any wiring and switches.

If you posted some pictures of the board, it's possible someone on here might be able to spot something blown or a disconnected wire or something.
