hello,
I need an amp to start playing the guitar. I would borrow the guitar from a friend of mine to start right now but i need an amp, which price should be around 100€. The music I'd play would be metal and rock, so distortion is important. Sometimes i would play on the clean channel as well though.
Thanks!

How about a used Line6 Spider then? Nowhere near as good as a Vypyr, but if you're just starting out and want a lot of distortion then it should suit you fine.

May be rough finding anything with good tone and 2 channels for that price.

$179 US. Should be close to your budget
or a modeling amp

$199 US. These are close. Neither is great, but that's a tough budget. The Roland may have a better tone.

Does Fender still make the old Squire 15 practice amps? That was my first one 2 decades ago. Geez. Old.

i don't need very high volume but i'd like to have a clean nice sound with deep basses and crisp highs. the volume is not priority

you're not going to get deep bass with a whisper-quiet amp.

^^ He means that deep bass comes from bigger speakers, and bigger speakers need bigger amps, which are more expensive.

Clear highs come from more expensive components overall.

There are enough suggestions in this thread, better than what most people have bought as their first amp.
