The Peavey "eCoustic 208" (@about $180.00) The SN ratio is poor and the analog chorus is a bit noisy, but it still sounds decent.

I'd also suggest looking at both Peavey "Vypyr 15" models. The new "Vypyr VIP" series has electric, acoustic , and even bass inputs. The early model, electric inputs only, but it still sounded great with acoustic using all clean channels.

The electric guys love these little modeling amps a bunch too: http://www.sweetwater.com/store/detail/VypyrVIP1?utm_source=Google&utm_medium=PPC&utm_campaign=none&device=c&network=g&matchtype=&gclid=CPb4h_Ou9rcCFdKe4AodfhAAGQ

Sweetwater actually has these little guys in stock. Most everybody else is waiting for them.
