Cheaper than that?

Well, I won't recommend any new guitar below $500, but I have a relatively high opionon of Fernandes guitars in general. They happen to offer these:

Why, yes, I am a lawyer- thanks for asking!

Log off and play yer guitar!

Strap on, tune up, rock out!

No they don't, but they are discontinued so you may be able to find one cheaper.

I got my Schecter Blackjack ATX V for $350 on Guitar Center's used site. (I tried one in a store before buying). Anyway, it was originally listed at around $1100 and is a more-than-decent guitar. It looks slightly different than an ESP/LTD V; a little less pointy, but is looks and plays like a badass nonetheless. I'd buy it again in a heartbeat.
