Edit: Fine, let's see...
It's kind hard enough for me to pick top 10 because it changes depending on what I'm in the mood to listen to. So instead, I'll just make a top 5.

In no order:

-Rise Against - Siren Song of the Counter Culture (though they're all good so every album I guess. I dunno)
-Silverstein - Discovering The Waterfront (possible tie between A Shipwreck In The Sand)
-Armor For Sleep - Smile For Them
-Carolina Liar - Wild Blessed Freedom
-Before Their Eyes - Redemption

Top 3:

1 - Get Behind Me Satan - The White Stripes. This was the album that got me into music in a big way as well as inspriring me to pick up guitar, despite the fact there's only a few guitar-oriented songs on the album.

2 - Pinkerton - Weezer. Helped me through my teenage years, as I'm sure it did many others.

3 - Swoon - Silversun Pickups. It's just perfect. Every song is brilliant and the album flows very well.

4-10 in no particular order:

Weezer - The Blue Album
Trompe Le Monde - Pixies. It's better than Doolittle.
New Adventures In Hi-Fi - REM
Pieces Of The People We Love - The Rapture
Mellon Collie And The Infinite Sadness - The Smashing Pumpkins
Sound of Silver - LCD Soundsystem
You're Living All Over Me - Dinosaur Jr.

Edit: I really want to fit Loveless in here somewhere...
