I will reword this.

Would like opinions regarding UG members’ experiences using the EHX Electro Harmonix Tube EQ. This is a supposed “EQ” powered with two 12AX7 tubes and utilizes potentiometers for EQ control management instead of typical stomp-box sliding bands for EQ levels or controls. The $200 price for the EHX Tube EQ is no problem.

Is the EHX Tube EQ worthy of being a good EQ within a chain of pedals?
Do you believe the Tube EQ can fully replace an MXR M-108?

Or, is the Tube EQ more of a booster/distortion pedal with some EQ ability?

Thanks.
