Hey all,

Put a new song up that was heavy inspired by the likes of Foster The People and Gorrilaz (with some experimental guitar and keyboard leads). This tends to be the style I would naturally fall towards so I'm hoping that it's shown that way!

Any comments on the writing of the song first and foremost would be useful, but general comments and critique on my production is always welcome. C4C as per usual - write me a comment and leave a link and I'll get back to you as soon as I can.

Cheers,

salamander121,
I agree there is too much reverb on the drums & guitar & vocals & some keyboards. I like the drum beat, singing, synths, guitar playing/tone (except for too much reverb). Sounds cool ~4:10. The synth at 5:00 drags out too long on that one note, but good you did a pitch bend on it eventually. The song itself is good. With some simple tweaks I think it would sound quite a bit better. Really cool sound, and vibe you got going on here. I don't usually listen to this style that much, I'm more of a straight up rock song type of guy, but I really dig it.

The cool reverb drum beat, and I love the change at around 3:40. Top notch!

I wasn't a huge fan of the outro solo that is after 4:18 it lost me a bit for second. . . anyway good stuff.

if you don't mind.
