Trying to figure out information about my natural maple finish univox ripper.
I'd like to find out as much as i can. It seems impossible to find information about it. Very interested in this guitar!
-Thank you.

I have had one for a few years and it is one of my favorites. It is basically a strat copy with 3 humbuckers that was made in the mid 70s in Japan at the Matsumoku factory. It has a fat C-shaped neck with, I think, a 14" radius. The pickups are great. They sound more like dirty p-90s than humbuckers. I have heard they were made by Maxon, the same company that made the original tube screamer overdrive pedal. All in all, it's a great guitar- especially for blues.
