Hey guys, just a quick question. There's a local guy selling a Studio LP in wine red with gold hardware for 400$, the catch is the head is split and he got a quote around 400 to have it fixed. Would this be a decent investment or would I be better off just buying one new ?

where are you located?
Do you have any pictures?
$400 seems very expensive to fix a broken headstock

With out pic's I will say no it is not worth it

He ended up bumping the price to 500 after I messaged him so I told him I wasn't interested. Thanks for the advice !

Yeah I don't know where you are located, but I sold my LP studio for $400 (in perfect working condition) with minor cosmetic issues

I'm in Alberta, Canada. He's probably just trying to get top dollar for it. Either way I passed !
