I haven't posted here for a very, very long time.

I've bought my first 6 string today. Ta-dah!

It's a Harley Benton B-600. I've paid 175 EUR (including 20 EUR shipping to Poland).

It's a very good bass, especially for the price. For a 6 string bass, its neck is not that thick. It's lightweight (for a 6 string!) because it's made of basswood.
It was tuned perfectly when I unpacked it, no dead notes nor fret buzz.
I tune it to G# (G# C# F# B E A), so I need thicker strings (en route).

However:
-One of strap buttons fell off after some time. The hole was badly drilled, and the screw fell out.
-One of pots is badly fixed
-Sorta neck dive

I plan to swap the pups for EMGs or something like that. I play death metal, so EMGs FTW.

Overall it surpassed my expectations. I recommend this bass to everyone who wants to switch to 6 strings.

I've had my eye on one of those for a long time, I think we need a full written or video review.

I'll post a video soon. I'm terrible at writing reviews but I'll have to write one for my website, so be patient

Neat! I like the small body (in comparison to most sixguns). HNBD! Enjoy it!

Love the tuning man, I wish my Dean was a 6er, she'd be tuned that low!
If I could get THAT sound out of a Casio Mickey Mouse watch, I would play a Casio Mickey Mouse watch

I've edited the post. I've found out some flaws, and more importantly, posted a youtube video.

That tone is pretty nice. Were you using any FX, EQ, etc?

Re-drilling the buttons and rewiring the electronics is a must for most basses in that range and I've got a massive strap that laughs at neck dive. I foresee one of these becoming my backup bass, though I'll be using it for slightly jazzier things.

I've used Line 6 POD Farm, High Speed preset, and turned off the screamer.
